Terms of Service

Welcome to Alexander Car Service. By booking our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Alexander Car Service provides premium private transportation within the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas in Ontario, Canada.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon the completion of the service. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards
• Cash
• Interac e-Transfer

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. However, to ensure availability for all clients, the following policy applies to pre-scheduled rides:

• Cancellations of pre-scheduled rides will incur a fee equal to 50% of the estimated fare.

4. Insurance & Liability

Alexander Car Service maintains comprehensive commercial insurance that meets or exceeds the requirements and expectations of the Region of Waterloo and the Province of Ontario.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy describes how we handle your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, which may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Pickup and destination addresses
• Trip dates and times

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively for:

• Scheduling and coordinating your transportation.
• Communicating regarding your booking.
• Billing and payment processing.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except when required by law or to facilitate the delivery of the service you requested.
